Andrew Schwartz focuses his practice on securities disclosure, opinions matters, M&A, and general corporate matters. He has extensive experience in SEC disclosure matters, including annual, quarterly and current reports, IPOs, and shelf offerings.

Andrew is an active participant in the activities of the Florida Bar Business Law Section and is currently serving as vice chair of the Corporations, Securities Law and Financial Services Committee. Andrew also participated on the Chapter 608 Subcommittee, which substantially revised the Florida Limited Liability Company Act (now Chapter 605), on the Opinions Committee, and on the Chapter 607 Subcommittee, which is substantially revising Florida's Corporate Act.
